The Wiking typeface was designed by Heinz König and published in 1925 by the type foundry J. D. Trennert & Sohn in Hamburg. This unique and contemporary blackletter design has never been professionally revived. But you can help make it happen.
We want to create a careful and complete digitization of the font and offer it for free under the Open Font License so that the original design by Heinz König can get the attention and use it deserves.
